The graduate plan of study is due to the IU Indianapolis Graduate School before the first day of classes of the semester of graduation. Your department or school may have an earlier deadline set to ensure the ability to achieve all faculty approvals to meet the hard Purdue deadline. Graduate Certificates
Students enrolled in Purdue Graduate Certificate Programs should complete the appropriate plan of study form below and submit to your department staff by the school plan of study deadline - usually at the end of the semester prior to certificate graduation.
