School of Medicine (MD) Grade Conversion
Courses taken in an MD program at an accredited school of medicine - where allowed by the IU Indianapolis Purdue degree - can be used on Purdue plan of study if the school of medicine signs off on an equivalent letter grade using the form linked below. The department must approve the use of the medicine course(s) on the plan of study prior to submission of this form and grade equivalent must meet minimum grade requirements of the degree. This form should be submitted to the Graduate Office via the
RTS request system prior to submission of the plan of study for Graduate Office approval. Submitted plans will be held until signed grade conversion form is received.
